At MEK Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shoe box or branded packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our Mile End warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
